MORE SPACE TO LIVE & HEAL
Providing emotional wellbeing, cancer coaching, practical planning and organizational support, as you live through breast cancer and beyond.
YOUR LIFE DOESN’T STOP FOR CANCER
A cancer diagnosis may begin in a medical setting, but living through it touches every part of your life and the lives of those who love you.
Appointments, decisions and treatment happen alongside home, family, work, relationships, responsibilities and the everyday parts of your life that don’t simply disappear because cancer has arrived.
You may be trying to make sense of new information, prepare for what comes next, keep track of countless details, figure out how to cope, ask for help, try to keep it all together or simply find a little room to breathe.
YOU DON’T HAVE TO CARRY IT ALL ALONE.
Your medical team treats the cancer. A Cancer Doula supports you as you live through it.
I help you make sense of what you’re facing, organize the moving pieces and put practical support in place so life feels more manageable and you feel less alone.
Cancer coaching is one part of this broader care. Through thoughtful questions, useful tools and guided conversations, you can strengthen self-trust, reconnect with what matters most and navigate uncertainty and change in ways that feel right for you.
CANCER SUPPORT BEYOND THE CLINIC
I’VE LIVED THROUGH CANCER TOO!
I know what it’s like to have breast cancer enter your life.
I have lived through diagnosis, surgeries, treatment, recurrence and a mastectomy.
Hi. I’m Rosie.
Cancer is a lot. I understand that the experience reaches far beyond appointments, procedures and test results.
There is the emotional weight. The mental load. The practical realities. The uncertainty. The changes to your body, identity and relationships and the questions about what comes next. And it can be very heavy and overwhelming.
My own experience led me to become a Cancer Doula and Certified Cancer Coach so I could offer women the kind of whole-person support that extends beyond medical care.
I will meet you where you are: newly diagnosed, preparing for treatment or surgery, going through treatment, recovering, adjusting to life after treatment or facing a recurrence, progression or other change. My support is shaped around what YOU need now.

"You don’t have to be strong every moment. There is courage in resting, wisdom in asking for help, and strength in simply meeting each day as you are."
